  • SHIPPING METHODS

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out. Dispatch of orders may take up to 15 business days as we produce the order only on your purchase request. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or on the part of the shipping company. If Archivio fails to deliver within 45 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Your order will be delivered by DHL to the shipping address you have indicated.

2. INFORMATION OF THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION

It is not possible to request a change or a refund of a customized product unless the goods are defective or not in conformity with the order placed.

(art. 5 comma 3 lettera c del Decreto legislativo n. 185 del 22/05/1999).

As ARCHIVIO sells on a Made-To-Order business model, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.

Make sure to visit the sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the BESPOKE & SIZING BOX.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I do offer alterations at an additional cost, please email info@archiviowebsite.com within 7 days of delivery and a return address will be provided to you.

For alterations and exchanges it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely post items back to the studio with a trusted tracked service, this cost is not worked into the price of garments and must be covered by you.

 

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For any defect of conformity existing upon delivery of the products, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of, and legal rights available to you under, the laws of your country. Notwithstanding of the above, if you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If Archivio considers the products to be defective, Archivio will make a full refund including shipping costs. Any other rights you may have shall remain unaffected. Additional guarantees with respect to products of Archivio will apply only if expressly stated in the shipping confirmation.
